Job summary

Eudoxia is seeking an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities and support growth of Employee Assistance Services. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build stakeholder relationships, and work with Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to develop proposals and tenders.

You will also be trained as a daytime backup for intake, providing support during peak demand and planned leave, while coordinating EOIs, RFQs and

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relationship management, business development or sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients and be a trusted commercial contact.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand changing needs and priorities.
• Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion conversations and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare draft commercial proposals and pricing for review and approval.
• Provide backup coverage for intake and process client inquiries when required.
