Job summary

Cairns Well Life Services is seeking an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to grow our client base and expand services in Employee Assistance solutions. You will manage a portfolio of clients, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and work with Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to craft proposals and tenders.

Based in Cairns with travel across the region, you will become a trusted commercial contact, develop account plans, and drive opportunities from

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relationships or sales.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations and understand client needs.
• Experience coordinating tender, EOI or RFQ submissions.
• Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients and be a trusted commercial contact.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion conversations and maintain pipeline in CRM.
• Prepare drafts of proposals and pricing for review.
• Support intake processes and coordinate bookings as needed.
• Generate and follow up on qualified opportunities from marketing and events.
