This role focuses on turning enquiries into quotes and orders, building long-term relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will be the first contact for incoming inquiries and maintain CRM records to drive revenue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Proactively contact customers to identify new sales opportunities
• Reactivate dormant and under-spending accounts
• Identify upcoming projects, requirements and purchasing opportunities
• Book qualified appointments for our external sales representatives
• Respond quickly to incoming phone, email and website enquiries
• Prepare and follow up quotations
• Convert enquiries and quotes into orders
• Cross-sell the broader Industro product range
• Maintain regular contact and follow-up with customers
• Work closely with external sales representatives to grow key accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities and follow-up activities
