Motion Fluid Power Solutions seeks a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek. You will build strong partnerships, understand operational needs, and drive sales and margin growth across your territory.

This field-based role requires proactive identification of opportunities, strengthening customer retention, and increasing share of wallet across Agriculture, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts with retention and growth.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion’s full product and service offering.
• Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner.
• Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
