Job summary

Turnkey Event Solutions Pty Ltd in Kingsgrove, NSW, seeks a highly motivated Account Manager to join the sales team. The role focuses on managing and nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving profitable signage projects from quote to installation.

You will coordinate with production and finance, oversee timelines, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. This full-time, onsite position offers on‑site parking and extensive on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, project management, and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of exhibition or signage industry and printing/installation processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Qualifications in business, sales or marketing are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales from existing clients and handle incoming inquiries.
• Manage and grow client relationships.
• Develop creative solutions through strong product knowledge.
• Ensure data entry of quotes, work orders and purchase orders.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with production and finance for smooth delivery.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits as required.
• Provide accurate forecasting information to the Managing Director.
