Exceed Digital, a cutting-edge printing and mailing manufacturer based in Dural, NSW, is seeking an Account Manager to own the client relationship from enquiry to invoicing. You will ensure accurate quotes, timely responses, and clear production handoffs, while growing revenue through repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in account management or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of print specs, stock, finishing and production workflows.
• Proven experience preparing accurate quotes and managing margins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage many jobs and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enquiry-to-quote process: confirm specs and issue accurate quotes within turnaround times.
• Review pricing and margin on complex or high-value quotes.
• Respond to customer enquiries and set expectations on lead times and delivery.
• Convert quotes into production-ready jobs with complete specifications.
• Follow up on quotes, proofs and approvals and track conversions.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers.
