Job summary

CyberCX, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Manager with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to lead security teams and deliver complex cross-practice projects in Australia. You will mentor consultants, provide direction, and build client trust through clear communication and delivery excellence.

The role involves guiding opportunities from qualification through delivery, managing client relationships, and identifying flow-through opportunities for CyberCX service lines.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience across major security frameworks, including NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight and PSPF.
• At least one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of cyber GRC and ICT projects and challenges, preferably over a number of industry domains.
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills that enable them to actively contribute to the development of customer relationships.
• A high performing and proficient consultant with a deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain that allows them to perform complex projects independently.
• Attention to detail, proactive and organised individual

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks
• Lead a team to deliver security projects work package with team members in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain and within cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions
• Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries. Understand what each team members skills are, to provide guidance in developing delivery excellence
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and working with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams to support relevant activities
• Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
