Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives in Australia. The role requires directing large security teams across complex projects, delivering risk assessments, and maintaining client trust through clear communication and planning.

You will mentor consultants, support strategic client relationships, and contribute to delivery excellence while aligning with Accenture's values and cross-practice collaboration.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience across Cybersecurity, Information, Communications & Technology projects.
• Hold or have held major security certifications (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project, Visio).
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication skills for client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable solutions.
• Deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage security risks with customers.
• Lead sizable multi-stream cyber security projects in GRC and cross-practice engagements.
• Prepare high-quality reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Support client relationships through strategic collaboration with sales, solutions and marketing teams.
• Demonstrate alignment with CyberCX values and collaborate across the business.
