Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks a Manager with strong Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to guide security teams and deliver complex cross-practice projects. You will mentor consultants, provide direction, and ensure high-quality delivery while building client trust.

You will drive engagement lifecycle from opportunity qualification to delivery, supporting relationships across CyberCX service lines and contributing to long-term client success.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience across major security frameworks (NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight, PSPF).
• At least one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling diverse ICT projects across multiple domains.
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with scalable solutions.
• Deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain.
• Diploma level or higher ICT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks.
• Lead a team to deliver security projects work package within Governance, Risk and Compliance and cross-practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues with recommendations and solutions.
• Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries and guide delivery excellence.
• Contribute to customer relationships through direct support and working with Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams.
• Demonstrate alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers.
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and improve service delivery.
• Facilitate communication and partnerships to better engage and service customers.
