Job summary

Accenture PLC, through CyberCX, is seeking a senior Manager with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to lead security teams on cross-practice projects in Australia. You will provide direction, mentoring, and quality control to consultants while communicating with clients to build trust and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience across major security frameworks, including NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight and PSPF.
• At least one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of cyber GRC and ICT projects and challenges, preferably over a number of industry domains.
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills that enable them to actively contribute to the development of customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems.
• A high performing and proficient consultant with a deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain that allows them to perform complex projects independently.
• Diploma level or higher tertiary qualification in Information, Communications & Technology or other fields with experience.
• Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
• Attention to detail, proactive and organised individual.

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks
• Lead a team to deliver security projects work package with team members in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain and within cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions
• Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries. Understand what each team members skills are, to provide guidance in developing delivery excellence
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and working with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams to support relevant activities
• Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
