CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Governance, Risk & Compliance security programs and multi-stream projects. You will coach consultants, build client trust, and drive delivery excellence across engagements.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape strategy, mentor teams, and manage strategic client relationships, contributing to ongoing opportunities and cross-service-line growth.

Qualifikationen

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, information, communications & technology projects across industries
• Hold or held one or more major security certifications (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA)
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project and Visio
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication skills for client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build scalable solutions
• A high performing consultant with deep theoretical GRC knowledge to handle complex projects independently
• Diploma or higher in ICT or related field

Aufgaben

• Identify and manage security risks for customers
• Lead sizable teams to deliver complex cyber security projects across GRC and cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports on security issues with recommendations
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to delivery excellence
• Support client relationships through collaboration with Sales, Solutions and Marketing
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and align with business goals
• Facilitate cross-pollination and partnerships to better service customers
