Job summary

Accenture, in Australia, seeks a Manager GRC to lead Governance, Risk and Compliance security engagements. You will guide consultants, ensure quality and build client trust through planning, execution, and deep security expertise.

You will contribute across the client lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to delivery and closure, while supporting ongoing client relationships and opportunities for CyberCX service lines.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility)
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber GRC/ICT projects
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High performing consultant with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance knowledge
• Able to respond to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
• Attention to detail, proactive and organized

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage security risks for customers
• Lead a team delivering GRC work packages in cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high‑quality security reports and recommendations
• Mentor teams to deliver complex projects independently
• Support client relationships with Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value for customers
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and partnerships across the business
