Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced Manager GRC to lead Governance, Risk and Compliance teams in delivering complex security projects. You will mentor consultants, drive client trust, and manage engagements from opportunity to delivery and closure.

You will actively support client relationships, work across CyberCX service lines, and ensure high-quality governance and risk outcomes through influence and strong planning.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of cyber GRC and ICT projects.
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High performing consultant with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and effectively manage security risks with customers.
• Lead a team to deliver security projects within GRC domain and cross-practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues and recommendations.
• Mentor and build high performing teams; guide delivery excellence.
• Support customer relationships through collaboration with Sales, Solutions and Marketing.
• Demonstrate alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers.
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and improve service delivery.
