Job summary

Accenture, in collaboration with CyberCX, seeks a Senior Manager with deep governance, risk and compliance expertise to lead large security teams across cross-practice engagements in Australia. You will coach consultants, drive delivery excellence, and communicate with influence to build client trust throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cyber security, strong stakeholder engagement, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across Cybersecurity, Information, Communications & Technology projects.
• Experience leading security teams on cross-practice engagements.
• IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementor, PCI QSA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage security risks with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead sizable teams to deliver complex cyber security projects in GRC domains.
• Prepare high-quality reports with recommendations and solutions for clients.
• Coach and mentor consultants, drive delivery excellence across engagements.
• Foster client relationships and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.
• Collaborate across CyberCX and align with company values.
