Accenture Australia is seeking a Manager with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to lead security teams and deliver complex security projects for clients. The role emphasizes mentoring, planning and producing high-quality security deliverables, while strengthening client trust and collaboration across service lines.

The candidate will engage throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities, managing risks and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance or eligibility
• Experience with NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight and PSPF
• At least one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI)
• Minimum of 5 years in ICT security projects across multiple domains
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Deep governance, risk and compliance expertise
• Diploma level or higher ICT qualification or related field
• Ability to adapt in agile, resilient environments
• Attention to detail, proactive and organized

Responsabilités

• Identify and manage security risks for clients
• Lead a team on security projects within GRC and cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality security reports with recommendations
• Mentor teams and develop delivery excellence
• Build and maintain customer relationships with sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate across CyberCX and Accenture to add value
• Support opportunities for other Accenture services during engagements
