CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks a Manager GRC to lead Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and deliver complex cross-practice projects. You will mentor consultants, guide delivery with security expertise, and build client trust through clear communication and planning.

You will manage security risk identification, lead teams, and produce high-quality reports with actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Formación

• NV1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Cyber/Information, Communications & Technology projects across multiple domains.
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance for complex projects.
• Strong skills with MS Office and project tools.
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage security risks for clients.
• Lead a team on security projects within the GRC domain and cross-practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Mentor teams and develop delivery excellence.
• Support client relationships with sales and marketing teams.
