Job summary

HubSpot in Sydney is launching a Graduate Outbound BDR program. As a new graduate, you’ll join the sales organization with onboarding, hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop the skills that set you up for long-term success.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for many future customers, driving high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to grow pipeline and learn how a high-performing global sales team

Qualifications

Graduate or final-year student (or recent graduate) seeking a career in tech sales.
Interest in outbound sales, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline.
Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting with high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine approach.
Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency and book discovery meetings.
Hit KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline impact.
Learn and grow under coaching in a global sales team.
