Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer on behalf of a global client—leader in thermal energy management and pumping solutions. You will identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and prepare quotations while building strong customer relationships across industries.

You will support sales engineers, conduct market research, and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and collaborative strategy development across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying sales opportunities and pursuing new business.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, networking, loss accounts, and outreach.
• Lead Generation: Generating leads and qualifying prospects for external sales engineers.
• Quotations: Generating standard quotations for products, tubings, hoses, and parts.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Securing Orders: Securing orders for repeat business and simple new orders.
• Support Sales Engineers: Assisting sales engineers by setting up meetings with prospective customers and providing information.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintaining records of sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaboration: Working with sales colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies.
