Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy, a division of Crane Company, seeks a Technical Inside Sales Representative in Western Sydney to support customers, manage quotations, and coordinate orders from enquiry through delivery.

The role suits someone with a background in industrial products or technical sales support, dealing with pumps, valves, instrumentation, fittings, hydraulics or related equipment. Training will be provided and opportunities for growth are strong within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Sales Support or similar roles.
• Ability to review specifications, datasheets and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MRO and Technical quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements.
• Process customer orders and support order management activities.
• Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions within Salesforce.
• Update and manage Salesforce Quote Dashboards and sales pipeline information.
• Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Assist with technical documentation, tender submissions, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, engineering, and vendors to obtain pricing and delivery information.
