Qualifications

• 10+ years in HVAC/chiller systems and data centre applications.
• Proven track record in technical sales, bid management and pricing of complex engineered solutions.
• Strong design experience in chilled water systems and central plant architectures.
• Experience integrating BMS/controls for thermal optimisation.
• Ability to influence early design decisions and stakeholders.
• Comfort working in matrix organisations with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor for data centre cooling and thermal plant solutions (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling).
• Lead design of chilled water systems and central plant architecture; own performance and lifecycle optimisation.
• Influence pre-RFP cooling design and contribute to Basis of Design (BoD).
• Own technical pricing strategy and coordinate end-to-end bid development.
• Develop accurate cost models and configurations balancing performance and cost.
• Drive value engineering while ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepare compelling technical/commercial value propositions with SAMs.
• Maintain governance over bid quality, margins and risk across submissions.
• Maintain deep domain expertise in cooling technologies and energy trends.
