Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Gaming Manager to lead the day-to-day gaming room operations at Airlie Beach. You will drive revenue, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with Queensland gaming regulations while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You\'ll work closely with the Venue Manager and senior teams to execute promotions, manage risk, and uphold responsible gambling standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience managing gaming rooms or venues.
• Ability to drive revenue and monitor KPIs.
• Strong leadership and floor presence.
• Customer engagement and guest experience focus.
• Knowledge of Queensland gaming legislation and compliance.
• Harm-minimisation and self-exclusion procedures awareness.

As Gaming Manager you will take ownership of gaming operations within venue, working closely with the Venue Manager to deliver strong commercial results, excellent guest experiences and consistently high compliance standards.

About the role
