Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Gaming Manager to own the day-to-day gaming operations at our Airlie Beach venue, working with the Venue Manager to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead gaming operations, drive revenue, and ensure compliance with Queensland gaming legislation, while developing the gaming team and delivering a welcoming, responsible guest experience at peak trading periods.

Qualificações

• Experience as Gaming Manager, Gaming Supervisor or senior gaming team member.
• Strong commercial understanding of gaming performance and KPIs.
• Sound knowledge of Queensland gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily gaming operations and maintain a strong floor presence.
• Drive gaming revenue, performance and KPIs.
• Review results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support gaming promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming legislation and responsible gambling requirements.
• Maintain harm-minimisation and self-exclusion procedures.
• Manage operational audits, cash controls and reporting.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop gaming team members.
• Collaborate with Venue Manager and leadership team.
• Deliver a welcoming and responsible experience for every guest.
