Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and engaging welcoming experience and customer service, meeting all client expectations and acting as the face of the customer brand.
• Represent ISS as a professional, responsive and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract.
• Understand safety cultures and maintain a zero harm culture; identify hazards and report incidents as required.
• Proactive service delivery and excellence; ensure meeting rooms are reset and stocked; resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain the corporate showcase on assigned floors and ensure spaces function optimally.
• Keep process documents and listings accurate and up to date.
• Follow end-to-end journey for cleaning and reactive maintenance work orders.
• Support and drive engagement to client events and activations; nurture online community and inclusive experiences.
• Monitor mailboxes and coordinate site communications; facilitate site tours with attention to detail.
• Consider sustainability and cost savings in decision-making.
