Republic Hotel in Sydney's CBD is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering quality pub food built on fresh ingredients and consistent execution.

You will join a high-volume pub kitchen, with competitive hourly rates and penalties for weekends and public holidays. RSA knowledge is valued, and growth opportunities are available within our expanding team.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering quality pub food built on fresh ingredients and consistent execution.

About the Role

Employment terms: Paid hourly under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all applicable penalties and rates. Please note, an annualised salary is not offered.

Key responsibilities: Candidates must be experienced and proficient in a high-volume pub kitchen, including [sections, e.g. Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder]
