Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or in a busy kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent cooking skills and a passion for food.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Full Australian work rights.

Alongside classic Australian pub dining, the venue will feature a boutique hotel for guests seeking comfort with a community feel. Operating Wednesday - Sunday, the Kurrajong Hotel will serve lunch and dinner, expanding into breakfast in coming weeks, making it a true hub for locals and visitors alike.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence in the hospitality and catering industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to a vibrant dining experience. FULL-TIME
