Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking 2 x Chef de Partie to join our team in Sydney CBD, working across multiple venues in one site including cafe, restaurant, functions and events. You will assist with stock monitoring to support production schedules and help maintain clean, organised work areas.

Ideal candidates have relevant culinary qualifications and a background in catering, preferably in high-end environments such as functions, a la carte, or boardroom settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualifications.
• Catering background highly favourable.
• Experience in high-end environment – function / a la carte / boardroom setting (mandatory).
• Able to provide or obtain a current police check.

• Working in multi venues in one site, such as cafe restaurant, functions and events

$79,950 Annual Base + 12% Superannuation

• Prime Sydney CBD Location
• Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm
• Work with a prestigious corporate client

• Assist with maintaining and improving current recipes and procedures.

THE PERSON

• Relevant culinary qualifications.
• Catering background highly favourable.
• Ability to work fast paced and under pressure to meet production demands.
• A flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach, willing to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a high-end environment – function / a la carte / boardroom setting (mandatory!)
• Able to provide or obtain a current police check
