Martian Logic is seeking a high‑performing BDR ready to advance to a full-cycle Business Development Manager role. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, building your own pipeline, running discovery calls, delivering demos, negotiating, and closing deals with uncapped earning potential.

The role offers hybrid work, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to grow into larger mid-market and enterprise opportunities as you scale revenue.

Competenze

• 2 years B2B sales experience with a strong BDR/SDR background.
• At least 6–12 months in SaaS sales (HR tech, HCM, or payroll experience is a big advantage).
• Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
