Job summary

Martian Logic Pty is seeking a driven BDM to join its Australian sales team. You will drive revenue growth, build relationships with Australian businesses, and close deals that power our all-in-one HRIS platform.

In this hybrid role, you’ll own the full sales cycle in the ANZ mid-market and enterprise, leveraging your SaaS background to exceed targets and advance career as the company scales across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS sectors.
• At least 1 year in SaaS sales focused on HR tech or related verticals.
• Proven track record of 120%+ quota attainment.
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline building from scratch.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders such as CHROs, People Directors and CFOs.
• Results-driven, ownership mindset in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the ANZ mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Build and qualify a high-quality sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to sharpen messaging and positioning.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue to provide visibility to the business.
