Qualifications

• 2 years B2B sales experience (strong BDR/SDR background highly regarded).
• At least 6–12 months in SaaS sales (HR tech, HCM, or payroll experience is a big advantage).
• Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Strong desire to move into full‑cycle selling and closing your own deals.
• Resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow your income and career.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process end‑to‑end as a full‑cycle BDM.
