YMCA Aquatic and Event Services Ltd is seeking a Frontline Supervisor (Casual) to oversee reception and member services at Adelaide pools. You will mentor MSOs/CSOs, handle customer inquiries, drive sales and retention, and ensure high-quality service across shifts.

We expect strong customer focus, conflict resolution, cash handling, and CRM familiarity, with flexible availability to cover shifts and work autonomously in a fast-paced aquatics environment.

Frontline Supervisor - Casual

The Frontline Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the frontline team, ensuring smooth operations at reception, membership services, and customer interactions. This role provides hands‑on support to MSOs and CSOs, ensuring staff are delivering exceptional customer service and effectively handling enquiries, sales, and retention efforts.

Essential Criteria

• Exceptional customer service. With the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Confident conflict resolution skills.
• Strong sales and customer service background preferable in the fitness industry.
• Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with handling cash, point of sale and EFTPOS transactions.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer management tools.
• Flexibility to pick up extra shifts as they arise when required.
• You must be reliable and able to work autonomously.
• Confident & enthusiastic
• Have a willingness to support others, work cooperatively as part of a team and be adaptable.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
• Be self-motivated with excellent personal presentation and a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

• Current National Police and Working with Children Checks
• Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certification
