YMCA South Australia is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for Marion Leisure & Fitness Centre. The role leads the customer care team, oversees frontline operations, café and merchandise, and supports membership growth with a strong focus on service excellence.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will roster staff, drive a positive culture and safety, and collaborate with the Health & Fitness Director to achieve targets.

Qualifikationen

• HLTAID011 First Aid or equivalent required or willingness to obtain
• HLTAID009 CPR or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in health/fitness or hospitality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Lead the performance, culture and development of the customer care team
• Manage frontline operations, POS data integrity and end of day banking, investigating variances
• Coordinate customer feedback through email and AskNicely, resolving concerns professionally
• Work with Centre Manager and Health & Fitness Director to achieve sales targets and reduce member cancellations
• Oversee café food safety compliance and merchandise range
• Recruit, onboard, coach and roster staff
• Champion a positive WHS culture across the centre
