Job summary

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to serve residents, businesses and visitors across front counter, call centre and digital channels. You’ll handle enquiries, process transactions, and support delivery of local government services with accuracy and professionalism; this is a temporary full-time role for 7 months.

Experience providing high-quality customer service and administration support in a busy customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, professional and collaborative approach with flexibility to support various administration and service delivery functions.
