Job summary

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as a frontline contact for residents, businesses and visitors across front counter, phone and digital channels. The role combines customer service, administration and financial transaction processing to ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

This temporary full-time position offers salary of AU$76,216 per year plus super and benefits, with 7 months duration and a focus on delivering high-quality
