Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a capable Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage check-ins/outs while remaining calm during emergencies.

You will work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, collaborating across departments and maintaining a guest-obsessed mindset. RSA and First Aid certifications are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in the hotel industry is required.
• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and up-to-date First Aid training.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Office team.
• Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure smooth hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management.
• Resolve guest complaints to reach win-win outcomes.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out when needed.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.
