Job summary

AccorHotel Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a proactive Front Office All-Rounder to join our vibrant team. You will manage check-in and check-out processes, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and across the front office.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities while providing outstanding service. Experience with Opera Cloud and weekend/night/holiday shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Opera Cloud knowledge is required.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer guest inquiries and assist with requests.
