InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional front office service in a luxury Perth hotel. You will handle check-in/check-out, payments, and guest requests with a personal touch to create memorable stays.

You should bring strong guest relations skills, problem solving ability, and the stamina to work shifts including evenings and weekends. Opera PMS knowledge is advantageous, and experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrival and departure experiences including check-in/check-out.

• Resolve issues promptly and provide personalised guest assistance.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries with a warm, professional approach.
• Recognise returning guests and maintain high standards of guest service.
