EVT is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily hotel front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences and high service standards. The role requires strong leadership, occupancy management, and a focus on budget control within a busy hotel environment.

You will drive service culture, manage rostering, and partner with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across AM/PM shifts and weekends.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a fast-paced property.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Excellent guest service focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WH&S practices and grooming standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
• Coach staff on service values and ensure consistency of guest service.
• Coordinate staffing across departments to meet operational needs and budgets.
• Maintain high lobby visibility during VIP and group arrivals.
