Job summary

EVT Limited operates QT Hotels & Resorts and is seeking a Front Office leader to ensure outstanding guest experiences across our premium properties. You will guide front desk operations, optimise occupancy and revenue, and drive service excellence with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in hotel front office operations, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and a dynamic personality.
• Strong knowledge of front desk processes and payment/billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Supervise and support Front Office team during peak periods and foster service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts/upgrades as appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to maintain Room Ready on Arrival standards and personalise VIP amenities.
• Drive revenue opportunities by implementing promotional strategies with hotel outlets and partners.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across areas.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues.
