Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast‑paced hotel or similar property.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with confidence, professionalism, and a dynamic, vibrant personality.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines, and varying guest situations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a focus on self‑development and driving superior results through engagement and collaboration.
• Experience in managing guest feedback channels, resolving complaints, and driving continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of guest needs and concerns.
• Supervise and support Front Office team members, providing guidance during peak periods and fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, rate accuracy, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy, revenue, and compliance with credit policies.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts, rebates, and upgrades where appropriate.
• Drive revenue opportunities by identifying and implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with hotel outlets and partners.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues, ensuring engagement through briefings, recognition, and team building.
