• Maintain brand standards and safety regulations; oversee staff training and performance.
• Coordinate with revenue, finance and HR teams to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development to build a high-performing team.
• Engage with guests and stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless guest journey.
