Job summary

Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office team. You will deliver personalised guest experiences from arrival through to departure, manage check-ins/check-outs and support reservations using Opera PMS.

Located near Mascot, the hotel offers an inclusive workplace within Accor’s global network. The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Previous Front Office or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standards.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS.
• Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administration.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptly.
• Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentation.
• Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs.
