Pullman Sydney Airport, part of Accor, is seeking a Part-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our welcoming Front Office team. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, reservations, and front desk operations to deliver personalised experiences.

You'll coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Concierge to ensure smooth service, maintain accurate guest records, and promote Accor loyalty programs. A genuine hospitality passion and strong teamwork are essential, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Previous Front Office, reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS highly regarded.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service in line with hotel standards.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS.
• Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and Front Office administration.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and Front Office documentation.
• Promote hotel facilities and Accor loyalty programs.
