Job summary

Accor's Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a Full Time Front Office Assistant (Duty) Manager to lead guest services across 229 rooms, an executive lounge and four conference rooms. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll drive guest satisfaction and loyalty with proactive leadership and a positive guest-first attitude.

You will mentor the Front Office team, manage check-in/out, and support operations during peak times while upholding Accor values and brand standards at the heart of our busy

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hotel role.
• Confident to initiate conversations and build relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with energy and drive.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Fidelio or Opera PMS experience; hotSOS preferred.
• Flexible to work varied shifts incl. weekends/public holidays.
• Unlimited work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for Front Office team.
• Drive loyalty sign ups towards targets and initiatives.
• Lead by example in guest interactions and responsiveness.
• Resolve guest issues proactively and productively.
• Provide guidance and training to the team.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest procedures.
• Support other hotel areas during peak times.
• Maintain health and safety for guests and staff.
• Uphold Accor and Heartist values and brand standards.
