Horizons Lake Jindabyne is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and guest services at our lakeside retreat. You will drive smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and mentor a high-performing team across shifts, including VIP and group arrivals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations.
• Strong occupancy and yield management knowledge to maximise ADR and revenue.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with staff development experience.
• Experience managing budgets and cost control.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee hotel operations in absence of Hotel Manager.
• Coach team on service values and guest service delivery.
• Coordinate staffing across departments to meet operational and financial targets.
• Maintain lobby visibility for VIP and group arrivals.
• Prepare monthly reports with General Manager and Financial Controller.
