Job summary

Roche Group Hospitality and Leisure Division seeks a motivated team member for a full-time front office role at the Pokolbin sites, including Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan's Hunter Valley. You will meet and greet guests, manage guest requests, and work within a multi-property environment using our property management system.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, guest services, data entry, reservations processing, occasional site inspections, and supporting financial and audit

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front office is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• RSA certification is preferred.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional appearance.
