Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guest phone and digital enquiries, ensuring seamless service and quick responses for restaurant bookings, reservations, and room service needs. You will use Opera PMS and other systems to manage bookings, while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer service role in a hotel setting.
• Proficient with hotel reservation procedures and PMS systems.
• Excellent communication and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest phone and digital enquiries promptly.
• Take and manage guest bookings and upsell.
• Maintain accurate reservations in Opera PMS.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Log and escalate guest issues when needed.
