The RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay, WA, is seeking enthusiastic Front Office Attendants (full-time & casual) to be the first point of contact for guests ahead of our grand reopening in 2027. You will welcome guests, oversee check-ins/outs, and deliver outstanding service with the Front Office Manager and team.
Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and flexibility to cover a 7-day rotating roster.
Please note we are currently only taking expressions of interest. Active recruitment for this role will commence in January 2027, with an expected start date of late-February 2027.
The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.
Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused full-time & casual Front Office Attendants to be the first point of contact for our members and guests.
In this role, you’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service at every step of their stay. Working closely with the Front Office Manager and wider resort team, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Greet and welcome all guests on arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Answer enquiries and assist with bookings for accommodation, dining, and activities.
Handle phone calls, messages, and guest requests with professionalism.
Provide information on resort services, local attractions, and special events.
Assist with payments and cashiering duties including EFTPOS, credit card, and cash.
Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or guest services desirable.
Strong communication and guest relations skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work effectively in a busy environment.
Knowledge of reservations systems or similar technology an advantage.
Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Competitive hourly rate with the option of on-site accommodation depending on availability.
Police Check cost covered by RAC.
