Mercure Resort on the Gold Coast invites a guest-focused Front Office professional to welcome guests warmly and manage requests across the front desk and systems. You will create a seamless journey from check-in to check-out while anticipating guest needs with empathy and local insight.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to front office operations in hotel/resort settings.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

• Proficiency with front office systems such as Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Sharp eye for detail and a problem-solver mindset.
