Job summary

Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, part of TFE Hotels, seeks a Front Office Receptionist to welcome guests and deliver warm, efficient service from arrival to departure. The role focuses on creating memorable stays through professional interactions and careful attention to detail.

You will work with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest journey, handling check-ins, information provision and concierge-style requests while upholding high standards across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or business qualification preferred.
• RSA certification where required.
• Customer service or front office experience is advantageous.
• Experience with PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth from arrival to departure.
• Complete check-in/out efficiently and accurately.
• Adapt communication and service to different guests.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B.
• Maintain guest records and process payments per procedures.
• Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Support a seamless guest experience across departments.
