Zusammenfassung

Aimbridge Hospitality Australia is seeking a Front Office team member to greet guests, check in/out, and maximise room occupancy while upselling hotel services.

You will maintain security, health and safety compliance and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Basic IT skills and familiarity with hotel management software (Opera or Fidelio) are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organising reservations, check-in/out and smooth front desk operations.
• Attention to detail to avoid booking errors and guest dissatisfaction.
• Basic IT skills including MS Office; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
